Love and Care For the One and Only You by Michelle Medlock Adams



Striving towards progress, not perfection is Michelle Medlock Adam’s philosophy that she shares in her book, Love and Care For the One And Only You. This book contains 52 devotions accompanied by Scripture and they are power packed and designed to help the reader stay on track and move toward their desired goal. The goal here is to make healthy and wise decisions but it is easier said than done. This is why you need someone to help and guide you through the plethora of diet and exercise books present today. This is where Adams comes in. She becomes your wellness coach and friend to walk beside you on your journey to become healthy and reach your goal. Each section begins with Scripture, then a short devotion, prayer, “work your words” section, and a healthy hint. Last but not least, there is also a recipe section at the end of the book that will provide some recipes that will help you on your goal.
